We provide complimentary shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. The delivery timeline varies based on the item's origin: for products in our U.S. warehouse, you can expect a delivery window of 3-7 business days, while all items ending in $.98 shipped from our overseas warehouse typically arrive within 12-18 business days. In situations where you order multiple items and they originate from different warehouses, please be aware that you will receive these items separately to ensure efficient and timely delivery.Orders require 1-2 business days for processing.
Orders placed after 2 PM (PST) begin processing the next business day.
We allow ourselves an additional 5 days to conduct investigation of suspicious purchase.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We will accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.
Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.
All store credit and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is received.
We do not offer free shipping on returns at the moment.
Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and "Party Wear" (such as Halloween costumes) are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Sohnia reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “ward-robing,” an irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Additionally, Sohnia reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above. Non-Sohnia items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
